Landgard’s first experience with supply chain finance was receiving an invitation to join their customer’s program. As the company expands its operations, it now offers various SCF programs to its own suppliers itself. In this workshop, Landgard’s customer journey will be discussed. The focus will be on the goals and implementation on an integrated platform, the joint development of new SCF products, and the cooperation with the partner bank NORD/LB.
