What was your best experience at Traxpay?

When your mobile phone is stolen on a street festival in the Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, the police call the office afterwards for a witness statement and the colleague on the phone directly protects you with the words “they’re just sweet nerds, they won’t hurt you”, then I interpret that as something positive.

What is the motivation to work at Traxpay?

We have found our position in a network of relationships between companies and banks, and can further strengthen these relationships and deepen mutual trust. I find it exciting that we can also contribute to sustainability in the future as a building block in supply chain management, which I believe is best done together with all participants in the supply chain as well as the financial industry.

How do you like the atmosphere at Traxpay?

It’s great to see people from so many different nations working together in our rather small company, Frankfurt is known as a global village. There is a spirit of optimism, we have an incredible amount of expertise on board, but we are constantly learning new things, and we enjoy doing so over an after-work beer.

How can you develop yourself at Traxpay?

In our environment, I could learn to find new technical solutions that fit faster. Our team is strong and we support each other with direct feedback.

What was your best experience at Traxpay?

That two colleagues knew a friend and a former colleague of mine (the world is so small!) and that a colleague also shares my favourite hobby.

What was your intention to hire at Traxpay?

I studied MBA and had my work experience mainly in Hotels. I was looking forward to move sector and learn something new.

What is the motivation to work at Traxpay?

To learn something new every day in any aspect (platform, customers, etc). To share my points of view on how to approach tasks efficiently and receiving constructive ideas on how to manage it better.

How do you like the atmosphere at Traxpay?

I like work in a flexible environment and be part of a very supportive team.

How can you develop yourself at Traxpay?

By being a sponge: learning as much as I can and put it into actions.

What was your best experience at Traxpay?

Personally, it always feels rewarding when we celebrate milestones we achieve. Even during the lockdown where everyone works from home, we still managed to do it online with foods and drinks prepared by the company!

What is the motivation to work at Traxpay?

Traxpay offers exciting challenges for me since I especially had no working experience in fintech prior to joining the company. I want to contribute in developing and delivering a reliable software. Additionally, I would like to gain more knowledge around B2B fintech.

How do you like the atmosphere at Traxpay?

I really adore professional yet friendly atmosphere in the company. I don’t feel and see any barrier between anyone including the management team. Another thing I like is the team spirit the company has. Everyone works together as a team in which any success is regarded as everyone’s contribution. Working here has been an enjoyable experience for me.

How can you develop yourself at Traxpay?

Everyone is welcomed for any ideas for improvement. I get to exchange ideas and learn by working collaboratively with not only software development team but also different departments.
